Heika is a customer service representative with a veterinary technician degree. She has been working at North Country since 2013. She has a small family until you add all her pets! She and her husband have a daughter, four cats, two dogs, a hedgehog and multiple fish. She likes to spend time with her family at the cabin, on the lake and working on projects at home. She also enjoys reading, sewing, soap making and cuddling under a large blanket with a mug of hot cocoa in the winter.
